3rd Solid Paper Freebie

It was a fairly nice day here and Sean and I took the dog for a nice walk this morning. I'm trying to tone up a bit I've been fairly lazy this winter and didn't do a whole lot of physical activities compared to past years. Usually I'm at the gym with the kids swimming, or rock climbing but with Alexandra and Marc both working I didn't feel like it when they were not available to go. (I know what an excuse!)
