Graduation Freebie & Correct Link upadated below for Bonus Elements

Thank you for letting me know that the link for the Bonus Elements was incorrect. I'm not sure how that happened but thank you for letting me know. You can find the correct link below the preview if you go back a couple of days postings.

I'm tired this evening as I was carried away last night working a new alphabet set for a kit I'm working on. Needless to say this new kit's Alpha is a little more time consuming than I expected but secretly I'm going to have to admit I think this new kit is some of my best work and I feel my alpha is the best scrapbooking elements I've ever created. I was up until 2:30 last night working on these... (I must warn you however these will not be offered as freebies and will be an Add-On to my new beach kit.)

Well, here it is the final post for the School Adventure Kit. Not all elements are shown, but there are four basic graduation colours for the caps and gowns... pink, blue, red and black. I have also included blank award ribbons, this way you can write whatever you may like on them... Perhaps Honors, Most Athletic, Most Improved etc, etc.... plenty of options. I particularly like the wire words and the loose beads. Graduation tassels are included with the years 2010 to 2015. I hope you enjoy these elements.

Grade Two Paper Freebie

It was a nice day here after having had a few days of rain. Work has been hectic this week and I'm looking forward to the weekend. Sean picked me up from work tonight and we went to "Klassy K9" Boutique and I bought the dog a jacket. I'll have to post a picture to show you, it's a Montreal Canadian's Jacket. I'm not a big hockey fan but growing up they were my Mom's favorite team and I remember her cheering Guy Lafleur when he played. I met him a couple years back and got his autograph for my Mom. I figured she will be happy to see me carry on the tradition of cheering for them in a household of fans for the OTHER teams!

I hope you have been enjoying the freebie's. I've taken the previous freebies down and will be posting them in the store tomorrow on my day off. Don't forget I have created two coupon codes, one of which will give you the opportunity to save 60% off purchases of $10.00 or more. I will also be posting the N to Z packs of Princess and Mischief which you can use the coupon codes for.

I hope you enjoy tonight's paper freebie, I will be back tomorrow with the lower case letters. Enjoy your weekend.

Princess & Mischief Valentine Bonus Freebie, News & Facebook

Just a couple of things, first I will be redoing the word Recipe since I did misspell it and include it in the two bag of words for tomorrow's posting for both kits. Thank you for pointing out my typo! Spelling was never my strong suit. Secondly I have created a facebook page so feel free to search for me using my E-mail address, KittenScraps@hotmail.com I should warn you besides scrapbooking, I play Yoville at least once a day...usually on my break at work if I'm not doing someting scrapbook related...lol.

Okay, I'm sure you have been waiting for this... as promised here are two bonus freebies. I am only going to leave them up until Sunday Night so make sure you grab them both. I almost panicked tonight when I got home and couldn't access the Internet but luckily when I got back from the Tupperware party I was at with my daughter Alexandra I was able to log in and upload the files. Also, I created the Mischief Preview today at work... but when I got home, I realized I had left it on my work computer and had not copied it over to my portable hard drive....aggggg! Had to redo it again, so blond today! Please enjoy the bonus kits, I'll be back with both the Princess and Mischief words tomorrow in a cute little bag.

Mischief Element Freebie

I almost was not able to post tonight's freebie. All day I was unable to access my 4shared account and Internet and I thought it was my connection until someone e-mailed me tonight and mentioned they were having difficulties downloading my papers from 4shared. My Internet connection seemed really slow and many pages wouldn't even come up, I would get a diagnostic error in explorer. Glad its fine now though. Unfortunately that mean I was not able to log on and put the paper packs I wanted in the store today. I will put together the previews on my lunch break so I can log into the store to upload tomorrow evening.

So tonight freebie are the Mischief N Elements. Please enjoy and I'll be back in a day or so with the Princess O's.

Well, I got a great nights sleep thanks to a sleeping pill last night. Woke up without any nausea but that was only a temporary reprieve. I managed to get some work on my Christmas Kits, I hope you enjoy them when I post them later this week. Hopefully tomorrow I will get a chance to work on them again tomorrow.

I added a few extra word labels in tonight's kit and some of the elements have been re-sized to fit in the preview. Only the July to December Clips are in this kit, January to June will be in the M Element Kit. I hope you enjoy these, I'll be back tomorrow with the Mischief Letter L.

I wanted to finish up my element set with a bit of pizazz and I think I found it with my hummingbird and flowers. I hope everyone enjoys them all.

Now for the contest part, I'm looking for a name for this kit and the prize is going to be five tape alphabet sets which can be seen in the previous post. Leave your suggestions in the comment section here on on 4shared and I will pick a few lucky winners on Monday. Another Freebie, A Preview & Contest!

Okay, so here is part three of the Elements I created for the DSO June Colour Challenge. The paper in the background is NOT part of the freebie however it is a preview of papers that will be available in the next few days.

Not all elements are shown, there is one element in each of the DSO June Colour Challenge so as someone pointed out the other day-this will be a fairly big kit once I have uploaded everything.

Her is a preview, I'm looking for a name for this kit and suggestions, as a reward of sorts, I am creating a label alphabet in each of the colours to the person that can come up with a name for this kit! I will accept submissions until July 5th as I know many people will be away for Independence Day and Canada Day Weekend. Winner will be chosen July 6th when I get into work. (Leave your suggestions in the comment section please so I don't miss yours)

Sean is Home & A Freebie

It has been a busy day. Sean arrived home at midnight and we were up early with the kids. It was a busy day as it was also my best friend Mary's Birthday. I hadn't spoken to her the past few days and her husband works out of town, he is also in the military but works on another base two and a half hours from here. I guess by lunch she was feeling a little blue .... (she is also pregnant) because no one had remembered her Birthday. However Sean and I arrived with a Birthday Gift and cake and coffee and flowers for her. She started to cry... and cried even more when more flowers arrived and a note asking her out for dinner tonight... Her husband was coming home early to take her out for her Birthday.

Other than that... it was a long day so tonight will be an early night. I'm going to feed my girls... (I have to sugar gliders as pets) and my cuddle with my Ferret before I head off to bed. I'm back to work tomorrow as I took the day off today.

So your freebie tonight is ribbons in the Birth Month colours. You can use them on the ornaments or however you please.

As always items were created at 300 dpi, in .png format in a zip'd file

****Sorry Link Expired****

I'll be back with more ornaments on the weekend. What do you think of ornaments that have your initials on them? Let me know if you would like that as its one idea I'm tossing around.

DSO Colour Challenge & Sean Comes Home Tonight!

Okay, so I'm very excited as Sean will be home tonight after being gone for six weeks. It was a busy day though and it helped pass the time.

Tonight's Freebie is part of the DSO Colour Challenge that is held every month. I absolutely loved the colours this month and the posting bonus is absolutely beautiful. I couldn't miss out. If you have the time you should check out thier blog and forum. They have some wonderful events going on.

Here is a preview of my MiniKit. I have included an ornament hook as part of the kit and another ornament of course. I have a few in mind to give in the upcoming weeks. I was also thinking of doing some with Initials. What do you think?

Items were created at 300dpi, in .png format (except the paper) and are in a zip'd folder.

October Freebie

Well, Sean is still in Alberta and I'm still missing him lots. I don't want to count how many more days to go until we get to the single digit numbers. I really have been missing him lots lately and can hardly wait until he comes home. I know I'm lucky he will only have been gone such a short time, other wives have their husbands gone for six months or more at a time. I'm not ready for that just yet.

Okay, tonight's freebie was a spur of the moment thing to create... I was working on something else to offer, but then I thought of doing this and voila,... here is tonight's freebie

I love making ribbons and thought it might be nice to have a few with the month of October written on them. I think I may make a few more similar to this using other colours so if you have favorites, let me know and I'll see what I can do.

As always files were created at 300dpi, in png format (except the paper-jpeg) and in a zip'd folder.

New Item for Sale at the Stores

Just wanted to show everyone a preview of the new kit I have available at the two stores.

Since I'm just building up my stock, everything is on Sale until October 31st, so take advantage of the savings while you can.

As an added bonus if you purchase any of my items and send me a link to a layout you have done and posted on a blog or in a forum where you credit me, I will send you a coupon for $1.50 off your next KittenScraps Pruchase before December 25th, 2008.

Available here and here

I was inspired by the papers to create a kit where I could show off the women in my family and use the doodling as a journal or story area of sorts. My Grandmother was a teacher, a wife and mother. My Aunt followed suit. I'm sure they both have doodles on notebooks, receipts or odd slips of paper. My daughter, well the youngest, she is just a social butterfly and there have been plenty of notes and doodles on paper around the house from all three girls over the years.

As always, comments and feedback are always appreciated.

DSO Colour Challenge Part 2 Freebie

Okay, so it took awhile to put this together tonight as this weekend is our Thanksgiving here in Canada. I've been volun-told that dinner is at my place...lol. For those of you who don't know what that is, its when your mother calls you up and informs you that your doing Thanksgiving dinner for the whole family. Seriously though, it wasn't really that bad, I agreed to do it as Sean is away, my son is working Sunday evening and it really would be nice to have the family that can come over for dinner.

So here is tonight's freebie as I have big news for everyone tomorrow... (hint** Download what you can here this weekend, as not all of it will be available after Monday.)

Only the letter "M" Charm is included in this mini- Remainder on Sunday!
Items were created at 300dpi, in .png format (except the paper) and are in a zip'd folder.

Kayaking , Geocaching and a Freebie

It was another busy day today. I was up until around 2am last night doing some reading and trying to decide what kind of word art or alphabet I'm going to offer as part of the Halloween Kit I have been creating here. Just so you know, I still have no idea.

I was up this morning around 9:30am, and just couldn't stay in bed any longer so I came downstairs and made coffee and played online, read e-mails, visited other sites and tried to create a new blog header... (how do you like it) I used Rose.li's action to create the photo/ribbon portion.

Then at 12:30 I took my daughter Alexandra to her Hip Hop dance class. I sat there with my laptop at the school trying to package up tonight's freebie and make it look nice. You can thank Sandra Adamson of SeaScraps and her Ribbon Wrap Action. It took me a few tries but I finally figured it out.

When I got home Sean was up and had borrowed a Kayak from the base, a two seater and out we went on Lake Nipissing in search of a Geocache on a small island. Our efforts were rewarded as we took away with us a Tim Horton's Coffee card and therefore stoped at Timmy's on our way home. For those of you that are not Canadian... Tim Hortons is a coffee shop-more popular I believe than Starbucks for most Canadians.

So we get home... and we put the Kayak in the back yard since it looked ridiculous on our small Toyota Yaris. Sean was tidying up the front entrance and finds a delivery package behind a plastic bin I had outside at the front door. It was an 8x10 sized plastic envelope and it said on the shipping label... SIGNATURE REQUIRED. I realized right then that it was the iPod Touch my son Marc had ordered for his sister. (How is that for brotherly love?) I have no idea of how long it sat there but just happy we found it. So much for the required signature.

So here I am tonight, Alex is downstairs in the rec room with a friend having a sleep over, Marc my son is at work, JF the college student who lives with us during the school year (friend of the family) is doing homework downstairs, Sean is at work and I'm here with you guys.

So here is tonight's freebie.. Ribbons...

Not all are shown, there are 3 labeled ribbons, and 3 labeled folded and 7 different coloured RicRac Ribbons

Items were created at 300dpi, individual png files, zip'd
