This Year-Neutral February Alpha Freebie & Fixing Last Mistake (24 hours only)

Another really quick post today as I've missed the last two days at work with a temperature and now that I'm back, the work has piled up on my desk.  Its going to be a busy day but thats always nice as it makes the day go by faster.
